1. Return Period

• UAE Orders: 7 days return policy after receiving the item
• International Orders: 14 days return policy after receiving the item

2. Return Conditions – Electronics & Toys

• Only unopened and sealed packaging will be accepted for return
• Opened or unsealed items will not be accepted for return

3. Return Procedure

• Take a clear picture of the box/packaging and send it to our team
• Our team will analyze and inform you of the outcome
• If return is approved, we will send the return location to your email
• Pack the item properly via courier and share the tracking ID with us so we can follow up
• Once we receive the return, we will initiate your refund immediately
